HIRING POLICY & SALARY

Typical hiring process at MPG & Co has three steps: Internships, Probation (6 months) and Placement.
Ideally, Law-Students are given opportunities at one of our offices' to undergo internships for a duration of 2-3 months towards the final semesters of their undergraduate/post-graduate programs. On successful completion of the aforementioned, we shall give a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) Letter. The Offeree is expected to join our firm right after they are 'Called to the BAR' (Enrolment).
Lateral hirings are subject to interviews and screenings for practical legal acumens.
We offer considerations as per industry standards for the right Associates (mostly calculated in accordance with the volume of their participation in Litigation or Legal Advisory / Transactional Services, as recommended by the 'Bar Council of India Rules for professional standards'). Interns are offered a fixed Stipend upon successfully submitting the Internship Project.
